DMCA

F16 Game (f16.com.pk) respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our writers and readers to do the same. This page explains how to report copyright infringement and how we handle such reports.

Our Copyright Policy

All content on this site is original or properly licensed. We do not knowingly publish copyrighted material without permission.

If you believe that content on f16.com.pk infringes your copyright, you can send us a takedown notice. We will review it promptly and take action where needed.

How to Send a Takedown Notice

Send your notice to: [email protected]

To be valid, your notice must include all of the following:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work. Describe the work you own or are authorized to represent. If it is published online, include a link to the original. If it is not online, describe it clearly enough for us to identify it.

2. The infringing URL on f16.com.pk. Give us the exact page address on our site where the infringing material appears. We need the full URL, not just the homepage. Without this, we cannot find and remove the material.

3. Your contact details. Include your full name, your email address, and a phone number if available. If you are writing on behalf of a company, include the company name and your role.

4. A good-faith statement. Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. An accuracy statement. Include a statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

6. Your signature. Include your physical or electronic signature. If you are acting for the copyright owner, state that you are authorized to act on their behalf.

A sample statement you can use:

“I have a good-faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. I state that the information in this notice is accurate, and I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.”

Notices missing key details may be delayed. We may ask you for more information before we act.

What Happens Next

When we receive a complete notice, we follow these steps:

  1. We review the notice to confirm it is complete and valid.
  2. We locate the reported material on our site.
  3. If the claim is valid, we remove or disable access to the material. We aim to do this within 48 hours of receiving a complete notice.
  4. We may notify the person who published the material, if applicable.
  5. We keep a record of the notice for our files.

If your notice is incomplete, we will reply and ask for the missing details. The process starts once we have a complete notice.

Counter-Notice Process

If your content was removed because of a takedown notice, and you believe the removal was a mistake, you can send us a counter-notice.

Send your counter-notice to: [email protected]

Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed, and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  2. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full name, address, and email address.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

When we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the person who sent the original takedown notice. If they do not take legal action within 10 to 14 working days, we may restore the material.

Repeat Infringers

We take repeated infringement seriously. If the same source repeatedly publishes infringing material on our site, we will restrict or end their ability to contribute. We may also take further steps as needed.

False Claims

Please be honest. Sending a false takedown notice can have legal consequences. Under copyright law, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Only send a notice if you genuinely believe your rights have been infringed.

Questions

If you have questions about this policy or about a notice you received, email us at [email protected]. We are happy to explain the process.
