We would love to hear from you. This page explains how to reach the F16 Game team and what to include in your message so we can help you faster.
How to Reach Us
The best way to contact us is by email.
Email: [email protected]
This is our main support address. We read every message that comes in. Please use this address for all queries about our site and our content.
At the moment, we do not offer phone support or live chat. Email is the only official contact channel for F16 Game. If you see any other email address or phone number claiming to represent us, it is not official. Please only use the address above.
What to Write About
We welcome messages on the following topics.
Corrections. Found a mistake in one of our articles? Maybe a game feature changed, a download link is broken, or a fact is wrong. Please tell us. Include the article title and the page link. We will check it and fix it quickly.
Questions about our content. If something in a review or guide is unclear, ask us. We are happy to explain. If many readers ask the same question, we may update the article to make it clearer.
Takedown requests. If you own content that appears on our site without permission, please send a takedown request. Include details of the copyrighted work and the page URL on f16.com.pk where it appears. For the full process, please also see our DMCA page. Takedown requests sent to our email are handled with priority.
Partnership queries. If you are a game developer, publisher, or advertiser interested in working with us, write to us with a clear proposal. Tell us who you are, what you offer, and what kind of partnership you have in mind. We review all proposals, but we only accept partnerships that fit our standards and our readers’ interests.
Feedback and suggestions. Want us to cover a specific game? Have an idea for a guide? We are always open to suggestions from our readers.
What to Include in Your Email
To help us respond faster, please include these details in your message:
- Your name.
- The topic of your message (correction, question, takedown request, partnership, or feedback).
- The exact page URL if your message is about a specific article.
- A clear description of the issue or request.
- Screenshots if they help explain the problem.
The clearer your message, the faster we can act on it.
Expected Response Time
We aim to reply to all emails within 2 to 3 working days. Most messages get a reply sooner.
Takedown requests are treated as urgent. We aim to respond to these within 48 hours.
Partnership queries may take a little longer. We review each proposal carefully. If your proposal fits our standards, we will get back to you within 5 working days. If you do not hear from us by then, it means we are not moving forward at this time.
Please note that response times can be slower during public holidays in Pakistan.
What We Cannot Help With
Please understand the limits of what we can do.
F16 Game is an informational website. We publish reviews, guides, and news about mobile games. We do not run any games ourselves. We do not manage player accounts.
This means we cannot help with:
- Password resets or login problems for any game.
- Missing deposits, withdrawals, or in-game balances.
- Account bans or suspensions in any game.
- Technical bugs inside a game app.
For these issues, you must contact the game’s own support team. We have no access to their systems and no control over their decisions.
We also cannot give financial advice or personal recommendations about which game to play. Our articles are for information only. The choice is always yours.
Language and Tone
We welcome messages in English or Urdu. Please write politely and clearly. Messages with abusive language will be ignored.
Privacy of Your Message
When you email us, we keep your message private. We will never publish your email address or personal details without your permission. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
Our Commitment
We run a small team, but we take reader communication seriously. Every message matters to us. Whether it is a small typo report or a detailed partnership proposal, we will give it our full attention.
Thank you for being part of the F16 Game community. We look forward to hearing from you at [email protected].
